Microblading is magic for your eyebrows! It is all about creating the best shape and natural looking brow for each face. It's a precise process that uses a hand tool with small needles that create a blade like slope to penetrate the skin .8 MM ( think like a papercut) placing hair like strokes of pigment into skin following a pre-drawn outline.

To achieve natural-looking microblading healed results, I apply color theory formulas according to your skin tone, skin type, hair color, hair pattern, lifestyle, medical conditions and your desired look.

The first microblading procedure is followed up with a touch-up appointment 6-8 weeks later. This touch-up appointment is crucial to your overall success because it’s not uncommon to lose 30% of the 1st procedure hair strokes. After the touch-up (2nd appointment) it’s not uncommon for hair strokes to last up to 2 years.

However, I recommend clients get touch-ups on a yearly basis if they desire to keep their eyebrow hairs strokes looking crisp and bold.

Microblading vs. Microshading

Yes, they sound alike so you may get confused and wonder what the difference is. Let me explain.

Both of these are semi-permanent make-up for your eyebrows, they have subtle but important differences.

Microblading places precise hair like strokes to create the perfect brow.

Microshading also known as powder brow use a much softer overall color for your brow. Think penciled powdered brow look. Someone with oily skin or find that microblading isn't enough for them may want microshading. I can help you decide what option is best for you.

I often combined both microblading and microshading to create the most realistic brow.

How long does microblading last?

Microblading averages 12-18 month, however, your skin type and following aftercare instructions can effect this timeline.

People with oily skin tend to last 6-12 months before requiring a touch-up session.

People with normal skin can expect to last up to 18 months.

I always tell everyone when you start to feel your brows are fading and your find yourself filling them in, it's time to come see me for a touchup!

Can microblading be removed or color corrected?

YES! The pigment used can be removed with a saline solution. If you have had previous microblading and are unhappy with the shape or color I can help you.

Color correcting and removal require a free consultation.

It's important to understand that brow color will initially darken by 40% and then will lighten by up to 50% when healed. If you are not completely through the healing process wait until you are completely healed to judge the color.

What does Microblading cost

Microblading, Microshading, Ombre or combination brows cost $300.00 and includes the finishing touchup session (must be scheduled and completed 6-8 weeks following initial service.) For your convenient you can schedule your session online

*** Please be aware......If you do not schedule and complete your finishing touch-up session completed for any of the permanent make-up services within the 6-8 week timeframe an additional charge of $100.00 will be assessed. If your finishing session is longer than 10 weeks following your initial session you will be charged as a new service (full price).

Is microblading a tattoo

Yes, but also no. WHAT?

Its not a tattoo in the standard sense. Tattoos place ink in the skin approximately 7 layers deep and are considered permanent..

Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo. The pigment used in microblading is different from the ink used in standard tattooing. Microblading does not go as deep as a standard tattoo and your skin eventually metabolizes or forces the pigment out of the skin and it fades. People with overly oily skin have less pigment retention and require more frequent touch-ups.

Who is a good candidate for microblading

If you are from the generation that thought the least amount of brow hair the better and your poor brows haven't recovered. You are a good candidate.
If you find yourself penciling on your brows everyday and worry if they are even. You are a good candidate.
Tired of worrying when you sweat or swim if your brows are still there. You are a good candidate.

Really almost anyone is a good candidate for microblading but if you are unsure please schedule a free consultation. You can rest assured if I don't think microblading or any of my services you are interested in is right for you, I will not recommend the services.
