Microblading Before and Aftercare
YOUR before and aftercare matters!
Your before and aftercare instructions are imperative in your healed results. I can not stress enough, how very important it is that you follow these for optimal results.
If you do not follow the before care instructions, I reserve the right to reschedule/cancel your appointment (this is how important they are!)
Please be sure to read and understand all instructions previous to scheduling your appointment.
Your Aftercare kit includes:
Waterproof make up case ( A little gift from me to you)
Aftercare wash (Ink soap)
Aftercare cream
10 cotton squares
Rose quartz ( for good mojo)
Eye brow shields ( use in the shower to keep brow dry)

Stages of healing- so you know what to expect!
Do's & Don'ts
Leading up to your appointment:
- DO NOT pick, tweeze, wax or have electrolysis one week prior.
- DO NOT use sunbeds or sit in direct sunlight two weeks before.
- DO NOT have any type of facial or peel two weeks prior.
- STOP using any retinol or Vitamin A products one month prior.
- NO exercising following the procedure to avoid sweating.
- DO NOT have Botox three weeks prior to session.
- DO NOT wax or tint your brows three days prior.
On the day of your appointment:
- DO NOT drink alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- DO NOT drink coffee 2 hours prior to your appointment.
- DO NOT take aspirin or ibuprofen 24 hours prior.
Microblading Aftercare
Days 1-14
- Gently wash your eyebrows every morning and night with water taking car to wipe in the direction of your brow hair. Gently pat dry.
- Apply a small amount of the provided ointment after each wash. Remember a little goes a long way. You DO NOT want to smother them.
- Use a clean pillowcase.
- DO NOT pick scabbing or scratch if itchy. You may pat or press on them.
- No facials, Botox, or peels for 4 weeks.
- Avoid exercise for 2 week.
- Avoid direct sun for 2 week.
- Avoid excessive sweating for 14 days.
- Avoid wearing any make-up or use skin care products on your brows for 14 days.
REMEMBER: Your brows are not complete until AFTER you have your finishing touchup session. As I tell all my clients: " the second session is a MUST not an option." even if you think they still look fine. Most people lose up to 30% of the pigment from their first session.
Does Microblading require an upkeep?
YES. It's a semi-permanent service that does fade with time. As time passes the hair like strokes or shading will fade. We are all different so the timeframe varies person to person. The cost also varies with time. See my current pricing list for costs. My touchups are for current or previous clients. If you are a new to me client and want a touch up you will need a free consultation for pricing.
