Procedure appointment:

In order to schedule a permanent cosmetic appointment, I require a $125.00 deposit for securing your procedure appointment. There is no deposit to schedule a consultation or Henna brow tint however a credit card on file for those services is required.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment without 48-hour notice or you are a no show, the non-refundable deposit amount is forfeited. Please be sure to read below for more information.

Rescheduling:

A 48 hour reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the $125.00 deposit. I encourage you to contact me directly by phone or by text when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Facebook or emailing is not an accepted method of canceling or rescheduling.

If you are in need of rescheduling an existing appointment, please give me a 48-hour notice. Your appointment can be rescheduled one time with the deposit amount being applied to rescheduled appointment.

If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 48-hour notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.

No Show Policy:

Any client that DOES NOT SHOW for a schedule appointment the deposit of $125.00 will be applied to the no-show fee and in addition you will be required to pay 1/2 the cost of any future service in advance to schedule any appointment.

When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Consultations are free of charge and are subject to the same cancelation policy as other services. A credit card is required to schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late or a no-show to the appointment a $125.00 no-show fee is assessed and charged to the card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late your consultation appointment may be rescheduled due to limitations of time and a late fee will be assessed.

Payment Option:

I prefer cash however credit cards are accepted. If you choose to use a credit card a 3% fee of your total services is added. All pricing includes any sales tax. I do NOT accept checks.

Late fee:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will charge an addition $30 late fee and you may be required to reschedule your appointment for another time due to time constraints.

Please be aware, if you show up to your appointment and there are any signs of tan, sunburn, Acne, Pimples, Cold sores, Irritations of the skin of any kind in or around the area of the procedure, I will not be able to do the procedure until the area of the concern or blemish is gone. You will be rescheduled, and the $125.00 deposit will be forfeited. A $125.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your future appointment. If you are unsure if your skin is OK for your service reach out at least 48 hours previous to your service.

If you show up to your procedure appointment and change your mind or need more time to think about the procedure, you will forfeit your $125.00 deposit and charged 50% of your remaining balance of scheduled service. “NO EXCEPTIONS” so please be sure to reach out before your scheduled time with any questions, concerns or to cancel your service.

Balance is due on the day of your procedure VIA cash.

Credit cards are excepted but not preferred. A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.

Remember when you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner,

it affects three parties. You, Me and other clients.
