- What are the accepted methods of payment? Cash or Credit card with a 3% additional charge of your total service will be applied.
- Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes, a $125.00 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. This is subtracted from the balance of your service. If you schedule an appointment and need to reschedule, please be sure to do so according to our cancellation policy to avoid loss of your deposit. If you are scheduling a consultation or Henna brow tint only a credit card on file is required, no deposit.

What are the contraindications, if any?
Microblading and permanent make up
- under 18 years of age
- diabetes
- pregnant or lactating women
- glaucoma
- skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated
- allergies to makeup or colors
- easily triggered post inflammatory hyper pigmentation
- transmittable blood conditions (e.g., HIV or Hepatitis)
- active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
- hemophiliac
- thyroid medication
- healing disorders
- blood thinners
- uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder
- Accutane current treatment up to a year or steroids

What is the expected level of pain? The technique I use allows me to pride myself in no to minimal discomfort.
What is the healing process like? Days 2-4 your brows will darken, you may have scabbing and itching (don't pick and scratch) and your color may appear to disappear of become patchy however when healed your color should return.
How long will healed results last?
6 months-18 months. Everyone is different so no way to know for sure. Your lifestyle and skin type affects the length of time your results last.
How often do I need to return for touch-ups? When you notice your color is fading. On average 1-2 years. However, as stated above your skin type and lifestyle affects your retention.
